CONDITION OF SALES

Sales are made in accordance with our standard conditions of sales current at the time orders are accepted.  Specifications are subject to change without notice.

QUOTATIONS

Will be subject to acceptance within thirty (30) days from the date of the quotation unless otherwise agreed.  Prices shown are for standard stocked products.  Products not shown are subject to quotation.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Stocked catalog items, non-standard items, net 30 days from date of invoice.  Machinery (new or used) net 10 days with credit approval.  Rockform Tooling & Machinery, Inc. / Gator Die Supplies and Rockform Carbide Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 1.5% per month service charge on all balances over sixty (60) days.

All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.  We reserve the right to add a fee for international shipments or where special conditions apply.  Any payments made by wire transfer must include all fees paid by the seller.

WARRANTY

We will replace any material, which is proven defective within ninety (90) days from the shipment date.  No claim for labor or damage will be allowed.

Claims for errors must be made upon receipt of material.

RELEASE ORDER POLICY

1.      All release orders must specify quantities and dates. Orders will not be accepted unless a shipment schedule is provided.

2.      All items must be released within twelve (12) months after the first shipment for standard stock items and within six (6) months for made to order products.

3.      The first release must be scheduled within three (3) months.

4.      Prices are based on the total quantity of each item.  Prices will be firm for the duration of the order.  In the event of a price increase during the term of the order, no adjustment will be made.

5.      To qualify for total quantity discount of the release order, each item must total $150.00 per line item per release of standard stocked items and $250.00 per line item per release for made to order items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard stocked items may be cancelled if they have not been shipped at the time of cancellation.  Made to order items cancelled will be invoiced according to the amount of work that has been completed.  Should cancellation be requested on a release order, an additional billing may be issued reflecting the actual quantity shipped again the cancelled release order.
